Salary: £27807 – £29214 (FTE)

Active Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Deputy Head of Year with a focus on Inclusion as soon as possible. The successful candidate would have the opportunity to work with the most vulnerable students across a specific year group and ensure that all students achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with families, parents, carers, children as well as working with the wider community.
The Client:
Our client is a large, successful mainstream secondary school in Redbridge, East London with a specialist ASD Provision on site.
Candidate Profile:
The school would welcome someone with an SEN/Pastoral background. The role will be on a non-teaching basis and will also include helping to develop a satellite SEN Hub at the heart of every year group.
Interviews are taking place ASAP and the school would be keen to speak to anyone with a Pastoral or SEND background in schools.
